Questions and answers.
Question.Do I need an appointment to visit the centre?
Answer.
We encourage parents and their children to visit our centres before starting. Children are able to meet their teachers and become fimilar with the other children and the routines of the child care. We suggest coming in between 9:00am - 11:00am and 2:00pm - 4:00pm.

Question. Will I be informed about my child's progress?
Answer.
We encourage and appreciate parent's feedback about all of our programs. We promote open and regular communication between parents and staff. Communication books are provided (if needed) to share information about your child's day at the centre. We also provide seasonal newsletters to help keep parents up to date with important information and up coming events.

Question.Does the child care provide snacks and meals?
Answer.
Yes. We provide the children with two nutritional snacks, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. The children are also provided with a hot, home cooked lunch. Menus are posted in all of the child cares and rotate every week for four weeks. The menus also change in the summer.
